Andrea Dovizioso Surrender With Valentino Rossi

Andrea Dovizioso vs Valentino Rossi - Dovi vs Rossi

Andrea Dovizioso Surrender With Valentino Rossi - The Mission Winnow Ducati racer, Andrea Dovizioso, said he chose not to be careless when overtaken by Valentino Rossi (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) at the Argentina MotoGP race in 2019 last weekend.

Andrea Dovizioso and Valentino Rossi were involved in a fierce duel on the final laps of the race at the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit on Sunday (31/3/2019) afternoon local time. Their battle finally reached a climax when Rossi made it past Dovizioso at the 7th round of the final round.

Dovizioso claimed he had wanted to regain his position again, but he then abandoned that intention because he did not want to take risks. As a result, the Italian driver, familiarly called Dovi, finished the Argentina MotoGP race in 2019 in third place.

"When Rossi caught up with me, I was really afraid to crash because on the track the grip of my motorbike was zero," said Dovizioso.

"I don't want to be careless with losing 16 points on the last lap, that's not a good idea," Dovi said again.

Before being overtaken by Valentino Rossi, the speed of the Ducati motorbike ridden by Andrea Dovizioso slowed due to tire factors. The 33-year-old racer chose to use a soft tire or soft rear tire in hopes of boosting the performance of the Desmosedici through its grip.
