How to Turn Off Password Protected Sharing - Ever experienced something like this when I wanted to open a file? When will open a file on a friend's computer or even when installing the printer sharing? Very annoying, not even though the computer you are about to access is not given a password. Here are ways to overcome this.



Note:
~ Make sure the computer you want to access is correct.
~ Make sure you are on the same network as the computer that you are going to access.

1. Open "Control Panel"



2. Select the menu "Network and Internet"



3. Select the "Network and Sharing Center" menu



4. Select "Change advanced sharing settings"



5. "Turn on" all available options besides the option for "Password protected sharing"
