~ Also to relieve tension in your back, you can try simple movements such as hugging your own body, and placing your left hand on your right shoulder, and right hand on your left shoulder. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then slowly release.
~ The above can also be done in a standing position, by stretching your legs shoulder width apart. Then bend and direct both hands to grab the fingertips on one leg alternately. When the hand touches the toe, hold the position for about 10-15 seconds.
